You don’t need to disinfect your groceries. The Washington State Department of Health has laid out some ground rules for safe grocery shopping and eating. Here’s a key takeaway:

“We have no evidence to suggest that COVID-19 is spreading through food at all. Not through take-out orders, groceries, or produce.
